We have decided to provide customers more faster, easy and 100% buyer protection service. In this service customer can pay through there amazon account (Both COD and prepaid are available) or they can easily singin within a few minutes. In the payment option customer just need to login with there amazon email id and passward, the new customer can click on create an account.

Customer can cancel their order by droping one mail on [email protected] Customer have to share there order id and the issue. Customer can contact us on 1130357049. Order cannot be cancelled once the product is shipped. In this case buyer can refuse to take the product at the time of delivery and if the buyer has place an prepaid order the money will be refunded once we receive the product to our premises.

  • How do i file a return request?

Customer can a return request by droping one mail on [email protected] Customer have to share there order id and the issue. Customer can contact us on 1130357049. However you can file a return request within 10 days before receiving the product. In case if there is a manufacturing warranty on product then the request vary accordingly.

  • How do i track my order?

Buyer will receive the tracking details on their registered email id once the product will be shipped.

Well this depends upon the logistics team only. It will take 3-4 working days for the product reverse pick up.

  • I have created a return request. When will i get the refund?

Refund will be initiated after we receive the product at our premises and it passes quality check. Wherease we will initiate the refund through NEFT so refund will take 3-4 working days.
